The two biogas plant companies BIOGAS IERAPETRA PC and BIOGAS SITIA PC have as aim the application of the best available technologies for the management of organic waste with goal the commercial exploitation of electricity and heating energy.
The companies operate under the status of independent energy producer and therefore the whole production will be absorbed by the national electrical grid.
